My BA LLB built my foundation in constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, and procedural law. Through my LLM, I strengthened my understanding of advanced legal principles, interpretation of statutes, and judicial reasoning.
My Master’s Degree in Political Science gives me a broader understanding of governance, public administration, and federalism in Nepal. Law does not operate in isolation. It functions within political and constitutional structures. This academic combination allows me to approach cases with both legal precision and policy awareness.
Former Chief Attorney of Koshi Province
I had the honour of serving as the Chief Attorney of Koshi Province. In this constitutional role, I represented and advised the provincial government on important legal matters.
My responsibilities included:
- Representing the provincial government before the High Court and Supreme Court
- Providing legal advice to the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers
- Issuing constitutional and administrative opinions
- Handling complex litigation involving government decisions and legislation
This position required a deep understanding of the Constitution of Nepal, administrative law, and provincial governance. It also required integrity, accuracy, and strong legal judgement.
